“Why do you have such low prices?“

We have such low prices because ALTS.RIP directly buys keys from suppliers and sales networks in huge quantities. We get massive volume discounts for these quantities. Please check our How-It-Works page.

“Is everything allowed and legal?“

ALTS.RIP is the only keys and accounts shop that is operated worldwide. We have been ensuring that we follow all official guidelines and instructions that exist worldwide and in EU legislation. The shop exists since 2017 and since then we only deliver keys from selected sellers who buy the keys from authorized wholesalers.

“Which payment methods can I use?“

Order Questions

“Is there a guarantee for the products?“

Almost every product has a lifetime guarantee! If there should ever be a problem with your order, you can simply contact us via the support chat at the bottom right! Please check our Returns and Exchanges page.

“What happens after I have paid?“

You'll get your data immediately after the purchase on our Keys page.

“Will my product be sold twice?“

You're the only customer who receives the keys and accounts. It's removed instantly from the database and we have protection in the system so that nothing is sold twice.

“Where can I view my orders on the site?“

In the ALTS.RIP user interface you can view your orders or go to the Order History Page.

“How can I see the product description?“

Simply click on the product image. Then a new page opens where you can find all the important information.

“What are the differences between the keys and accounts?“

To get more information about the product, simply click on the product. There you can see the product description and compare it with other products. If you need help, you can also contact the support chat at the bottom right.


How to use the Minecraft accounts

“How can I move the OptiFine cape account?“

To move your OptiFine cape:
- Download and install OptiFine E6 for 1.13.2
- Start Minecraft with OptiFine
- Go to Settings -> Skin Customization -> OptiFine Cape -> Open Cape Editor
You will be automatically redirected to the cape editor page. You can use the OptiFine Cape in any version, however you can only move it in the 1.13.2 E6 version.

“How do I use the Lifetime Unmigrated Account?“

Head over to the Mojang Account Migration Page. Fill in the form with the details given to you by ALTS.RIP and the new email from you. State a full age age. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click the "Migrate account" button. You can now login to the account with the new account information.
